Boerenjaar (Farmers Year) is a documentary reality series made for channel VIER on Belgium television, in which 10 farmer families are followed throughout all seasons. Being a farmer is not a nine to five job, but a way of life. For the first and second season of the series I was in charge of the directing, filming and editing families Verniest, Theunis, Bolsens and Aertsen.
